In GUSTAVO BOCCAZZI we manufacture all our products with recycled woods such as pitch-pine, pine, "quebracho" and "lapacho". Ranch and Country-style in-door and out-door furniture, doors and floors are handcrafted with wooden-pegs, wedges and wooden pieces. Their finishing may be rustic, semi rustic or modern, according to our client´s choice.

In the 70’s I began my work with wood, learning how to build frames for paintings in a workshop.. I slowly started to learn how to design and construe "petit-meubles" , mainly in carob-tree wood. Around that time, my interest awoke regarding furniture that I found in latin-american "estancias" and ranches and from american and european country-side homes. In 1982 I decided to recycle woods and to build with them kitchens, barbecue huts, bars and all kinds of furniture in pitch-pine (pino tea), oregon pine, and autoctonous "lapacho" and "quebracho" discarded in demolished buildings.
Why did I choose wood as way of expression? I could build-up any answer, but I think that the most truthful is that I admire the energy it has. I like to see a static piece of wood, laying on the ground and see it later as a piece of useful furniture or transforming itself in light, warmth and perfume while burning.
